The approximately 100 m² 4-room apartment has a large bedroom with a 180x200cm double bed and two smaller bedrooms with 140x200cm beds each, a separate, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower rail. In addition, the apartment has a bright living room with a large couch with sleeping function, which can accommodate two more people if required, and an extendable dining table.

The large bedroom has access to a small balcony with seating. However, the balcony has a very low railing, so children should not be left there unsupervised.
The two apartments are very suitable for families due to their size. The 3-room apartment on the ground floor has a garden, a large living room, a spacious bedroom with plenty of storage space and a smaller, cozy bedroom. The 4-room apartment on the 1st floor has a small balcony, a large living room, a larger bedroom and two smaller ones. In addition, the apartment has a large and fully equipped kitchen.
Both apartments have a dining area and a large couch in the living room. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub with a shower rod.

There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer that can be used for a fee.

There are already parking spaces in front of the house, but the outdoor area is still being completed (due to a new building next door, paving work still has to be done).
