Apartment is located in Ulica Gorica svetog Vlaha 12. It has good connectivity with Old Town and in area you can find restaurants, bars and beach.
This studio can accommodate up to two guests in a bedroom with double bed. Private bathroom includes a shower, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer and toiletries. Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, utensils, coffee maker Dolce Gusto, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Furnished balcony offers sea view.

The apartment is located on Gorica. It is the area full of cafes and restaurants, close to Bellevue beach.It is a perfect location considering that it is well connected to all parts of the city - 10 minutes by bus to Lapad in one direction, and the old town in the other direction.Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility, but now it is becoming the largest residential part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik.
As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Old Town Dubrovnik offers a range of activities and attractions that ensure an unforgettable stay. It also offers many historical sights and the best restaurants, bars and beaches in Dubrovnik.

It was a very nice stay indeed and the hosts were very helpful!

Everything was good and the view was spectacular although not in front of the sea directly since there are some houses in the front.. but still a very nice view!! Also very close to Bellevue beach.. one of the most beautiful beaches of Dubrovnik

Major-league holiday!

After an unexpected delay in our trip, we needed a place for the night and Slavica’s place was perfect. We booked the morning of (very last minute) and Slavica was nothing but helpful and accomodating us with an early check in and great communication. Great place would recommend to everyone!

Glorious residence!

We had a great stay. The place was exactly as described in the description and photos. It’s about 20-30 mins walk to old town. There is also a corner shop about 4 mins walk from studio which was handy to get essentials. The sea view from the balcony is amazing. Everything was positive with our experience of staying here.

Nothing bad to say about this place. Host was friendly and responsive. Check in was super easy and the apartment is easy to find. The street is really quiet and peaceful and feels super safe. Apartment was clean and fully functioning and looked just like in the pictures. The air conditioning in the apartment was a huge plus as well as the balcony with the sea view. Overall a really nice apartment, would recommend for sure! 😊

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

The place was clean and as described in the photos. You have everything you need and the mattress and blankt were comfortable, nespresso machine with coffee pods is a great addition. Also, the host is very responsive and helpful. The view from the balcony is wonderful although I didn’t use it much as it was cold during my visit. The place is also quite modern. Few things to work on: light along the stairs to the room, instructions for the washing machine in English. Overall, I would certainly book this place again if ever I find myself in Dubrovnik.

Very clean and nice apartment. Walking distance to the beach and really nice view from the balcony. A little shop nearby. Most importantly great managing, we asked for some beach towels and little later check out and there was no problem with it. They also reply very fast to messages!

Przytulny i czysty apartament z bardzo ładnym widokiem z tarasu. Super lokalizacja, wszędzie można dojść spacerem, dużo pięknych miejsc obok do zwiedzania, Stare Miasto około 25min pieszo, sklepik obok. Właściciele uprzejmi i mili, bardzo dokładne instrukcje jak dotrzeć do mieszkania. Dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie - suszarka, klimatyzacja, kuchenka i wszystko czego potrzeba na miejscu. Jedyny minus to szybko kończąca się ciepła woda a boiler grzeje ją bardzo długo więc ciężko żeby dwie osoby pod rząd się umyły. Polecam apartament :)

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Nous avons passés 3 agréables nuits dans le logement de Slavica. Tout était fidèle à la description. Le logement était propre, il y avait de quoi se faire à manger rapidement (même de quoi se faire du thé et du café), la literie était bien et les instructions pour arriver au logement étaient claires ! Nous étions à 20minutes à pied de la veille ville et 20 minutes à pied de la ville de Gruz où il est possible de prendre différents ferry pour visiter les îles. Cependant nous voulons juste souligner deux points négatifs : 1) Il y avait une odeur assez particulière et désagréable à chaque fois que nous rentrions dans le logement (heureusement on s’y habituais assez vite) 2) Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas Nous avons quand même passés un super séjour, nous recommandons ce logement !

J’ai passé un agréable séjour chez Slavica. Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Il est un peu loin de la vieille ville mais le cadre est paisible et il y a de beaux points de vue sur la mer proche du logement. La communication avec les hôtes était super. Je recommande vivement.
