Nestled in the heart of nature, our 2-bedroom property welcomes you with modern comforts & scenic views. Enjoy al-fresco dining on the patio or unwind in the cosy living room. Perfect for 4 guests, our well-appointed space ensures a serene escape with easy access to nearby hiking trails and local attractions. Embrace the tranquility & beauty of the Peak District in style!

To the rear of the property there is a drive way for 2 x small or 1 x large vehicle & a spacious, south facing patio with a hot tub and additional outside seating if you just want to sit & relax.
As you enter the property through the rear door, you walk into the spacious, modern kitchen.
Turn right and there is a dining table for 4 x people, just to the left is the living room with Smart TV and high speed WiFi
Into the hallway - there is the Super King bedroom
The next bedroom is the twin room
The walk in shower & WC leads off this hallway

Guests will have access to all areas of the property and private parking

Hot Tub Operation:
Please read & follow all instructions on or near the hot tub
Please do not press buttons as this will lead to a potential malfunction
Temperature is set at 39 degrees & cannot be changed
The lid should be lifted & folded as per instructions

We also welcome well behaved pets, one larger dog or 2 small and all we ask is that your pets do not sit on soft furnishings and do not go into the bedrooms.
Please feel free to bring your pets bed and blankets. A fee maybe applied for soiled or damaged items in the property. The paddock at the rear of the property can be used to exercise dogs
