Casetta Procida has a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms with shower.
The house is located in a small and exclusive residence immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, in one of the most beautiful areas of Capo Vaticano. From the structure the sea can be reached on foot via a comfortable concrete staircase with handrail, and the beach below is one of the most beautiful coves of Capo Vaticano, reachable from this private staircase or by sea, not from public access, which still makes it more exclusive.
Arranged on two levels and part of a three-family villa Casetta Procida, ideal for four people, is large and comfortable also thanks to the independent entrance and the private furnished courtyard.
On the ground floor there is the living area with lounge, dining room, a kitchenette complete with all accessories and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower.
The house, located a few steps from the swimming pool shared with the guests of the other villas, has a private and furnished patio as well as a further small patio at the back of the house, where there is a practical brick barbecue.
Thanks to the magical atmosphere of an ancient farmhouse immersed in Mediterranean vegetation embellished with multicolored flowers, Casetta Procida is the ideal place for all those who wish to spend a comfortable holiday, immersed in the colors and scents of nature in this splendid place a stone's throw from the sea .
