Adjacent to this space is a dining area with a full-sized table and chairs, leading into a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, American coffee machine, and toaster. The living room opens onto a covered patio, featuring a cozy relaxation area with sofas and a dining set, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with a splendid lake view.



*Accommodation:*

The first floor houses a double bedroom with ample wardrobes and a bathroom equipped with a whirlpool tub. The second floor is dedicated to sleeping quarters, including a master bedroom with breathtaking lake views, a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. A grand suite on the ground floor offers a double bed, sofa, and en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is another bedroom next to the garage, also with a double bed and a private bathroom. For convenience, a laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is available.
