Summary:
You couldn't ask for a better location in the city centre - right in the heart of the buzzing area of Liverpool One, with all bars, clubs and Liverpool's main shopping centre within easy walking distance.
The place is cosy with all amenities - the perfect base for a great stay exploring Liverpool.
A bright, clean bathroom and comfy king size bed. Perfect if you want to enjoy the city without the hassle of taxis!
The Space:
A well-appointed and clean 1 bedroom apartment & with a sofa bed in lounge.
Located right in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, the large bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a window opening out onto the peaceful courtyard. A quiet oasis in the middle of the city centre!
The main bathroom has a bath & shower. We provide towels, soap & shampoo.
The main open plan living area benefits from a double sofa bed and a 43 inch 4k smart tv to relax and enjoy. Also included is stereo DAB radio with Bluetooth to connect and listen to your music.
The kitchen comes complete with all crockery and pots and pans for cooking at home. There is a huge Tesco supermarket less around a 2 minute walk away! The living/dining area also benefits from a juliet balcony opening onto green space opposite the apartment.
You are literally around the corner from a fabulous restaurant called Amalia, 2 minutes from Liverpool One & the waterfront and you are within an easy walk of rail links & the business quarter. Ideal for business travellers!

Only guests will have access to the apartment, walking through communal areas to get there.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighbourhood is known locally as the Ropewalks and is a buzzing area of the city centre awash with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. Put simply, this is where most of the action takes place in Liverpool and you couldn't be better placed to enjoy it.
Getting Around:
You won't be needing any taxis or public transport, if you intend to stay in the city centre. However, if you do plan to leave the centre, to perhaps visit the football stadiums or parks then we are extremely lucky in the fact we are just a 2 minute walk from the main central bus station. This is also handy for any travellers coming from the Airport. Hop on the 500 bus at the airport to get dropped off just minutes from our front door.

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 9-10 minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"
