Summary:
This beautiful, historic 4-bedroom property, located in the heart of the Georgian Quarter, has jaw-dropping interiors and stunning Georgian period features throughout.
'The townhouse' can sleep up to 8 guests and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen with dining room, 2 living rooms, a games room and an idyllic private garden!
The Space:
Luxuriously spread across 4-floors, this home has large sash windows, beautiful wooden floors and masses of space. The house features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2-living areas, a kitchen and a dining area.
Guests can unwind on the comfortable couch in the TV room after a long day of sightseeing or, if feeling more adventurous, can even play a game of ping pong in the games room!
We have aspired to maintain the house and its character, preserving its period features. Some of the windows are still from pre-war times and have survived bombing during WW2.
*Please kindly note that being a 200-year-old house, some of its wooden floorboards make a charming noise.*
LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA:
The exquisite kitchen is situated on the lower ground floor and has a light and luminous living area with a classic wood burner. There is also a large dining table seating up to 10 guests - perfect for large groups. Featuring French windows that open into the garden, guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast around the big table (if the Liverpudlian weather permits).
The kitchen includes everything you need to dine in, with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and glasses. You are welcome to use our Nespresso machine - coffee pods are included and supplied by us! There is also a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron should you need it.
Unwind in the ground floor TV room with its big comfy day bed. Play a game of ping pong and keep the score on the antique Belgian scoreboard!
BEDROOMS:
We have created all bedrooms to be unique, expressing our love for a mix of simple contemporary lines, modern pop bits and character vintage pieces collected from around the world! All rooms have space to hang clothes and dressing tables/desks.
The house features 1 King room, 1 Single room with a sofa bed and 2 Double rooms.
BATHROOMS:
There are 3 bathrooms in the apt, all supplied with large fluffy white towels and starter toiletries for every guest.
Guest Access:
Guests have complete access to the house.
If you have any other requests, please do not hesitate to ask - we want you to have the best experience possible!
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of 'The Georgian Quarter' - the apartment is within walking distance of the Philharmonic, Everyman Theatre, and all of Liverpool's food, culture and entertainment treasures.
The apartment is a swift 10-minute bus ride away from Liverpool City Centre. However, you can easily walk everywhere. Wander the neighbourhood to find traditional pubs and delicious restaurants, including:

â Papillon
â Buyers Club
â The Belvedere Arms
â The Grapes
& Many more!
Right on the doorstep of the apt is Falkner Square Gardens, where you can enjoy some green space. Hop on a bus to Liverpool Waterfront and visit The Royal Old Docks or The Tate. If you are a Beatle-maniac, head into central Liverpool, where you will find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.
**As this is a family property, we do not allow any loud noise or party groups of any kind in this property**
Getting Around:
The house is in the perfect location for walking into the City Centre. Liverpool Bus Station is around a 15-20 minute walk away - from here, you can access all of Liverpool and Liverpool John Lennon Airport!
Liverpool Central Station is a 15-minute walk from the house or a 9-minute bus ride from Back Canning St.
Liverpool Lime Street - for national train voyages, is a 17-minute walk from the house or an 11-minute bus from Back Canning St.
Alternatively, if you are feeling more adventurous - hop on one of the City's E- Scooters and ride through Liverpool!
Other Things to Note:
The house is located in a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
Please do not take the parking permit home, kindly leave it in the same location where you found it upon your check in. If you take it home, or you lose it you will be charged ÂŁ250.00 as it takes a long time to get replaced. You will also remain liable for future guestsâ parking until the permit is replaced/returned.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartmentâs address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"
