Welcome to my apartment!
Situated on the 3rd floor with elevator access, our one-bedroom apartment is in the area boasting a vibrant atmosphere, with bustling streets and a wide array of shops, cafes, and restaurants.
The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door leading to a balcony, perfect for relaxing.
The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals.
The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Bonfim is a dynamic neighbourhood located in the heart of Porto, offering a unique blend of urban living and cultural richness. This vibrant area is known for its historic architecture, including the iconic Mercado do BolhĂŁo, a bustling market where you can discover fresh produce and local delicacies. The neighbourhood's central location means you're within walking distance of Porto's major attractions, such as the historic Ribeira district and the beautiful Douro River. With easy access to public transportation, including bus and metro lines, you can effortlessly explore the entire city. Whether you're here for the rich history, delicious cuisine, or lively atmosphere, Bonfim offers an excellent base for your Porto experience.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, MarquĂȘs, is just a 5-minute walk.
Francisco SĂĄ Carneiro Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.
Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10âŹ, pending availability.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80âŹ.
Extra keys: 20⏠(extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30⏠(Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
