Fully renovated four-bedroomed Villa in Sinopolis with pool and great sea views.
This Villa is currently under interior renovation, the exterior garden/pool renovation was completed in Spring 2023. Currently, the Architect and Interior design team are working on completing this exciting renovation by March 2024, ready to be released for rental and family use.
Every detail has been carefully attended to, and the owner's vision is to have a modern contemporary design with high-end finishes.
This property has been renovated with care and quality has been a priority, we are excited to do a photo shoot on completion and introduce the Villa to you.......

This is a great garden, constructed by a garden landscape company. Mediterranean plants, palms, lavender, roses, and olive trees are amongst the beds and different areas of this well-planned garden. There is a Boules Court, a sunbathing area (with parasols) by the Pool, a covered lounge area, seating areas and a dining area on the rear terrace (with a heater for cooler evenings).
The garden has artwork carefully placed throughout and an evening lighting set up which creates a dramatic effect.
The pool is new and is heated, wood has been used on one side to contrast with the blue/grey tiles of the pool.
The upper floor of the Villa has a large terrace allowing you to relax here looking out to sea .......
The Villa also comes with a private underground Parking Place in the centre of St Tropez.
