We will be thrilled to host you at our classy modern 2 bed apartment, 2 bathrooms, step free luxury apartment. The flat is convenient for 5 people, 2 double beds (1 king plus en suite) and a very large 4 seater sofa which can be used as a sleeping area. Our awarding winning spectacular building is right in the heart of bustling Kyrenia city. We have 24/7 security. The building has 10 floors with a glass panoramic elevator which captures breathtaking taking views of Kyrenia mountains and timeless allure of the Mediterranean Sea on each floor the ekvator ascends to. Every room has a private spacious balcony, ( second bedroom has a Juliet balcony . Fitted spacious wardrobes in every bedroom. Our living room is very bright, with an open plan concept The kitchen is compact with all appliances and fully equipped. Our living room is quite inviting, it has large ceiling to floor windows that flood the space with natural energising light. There is a large velvet comfy 4 seater lounging sofa and another 3 seater. The living room leads to a spacious breathtaking balcony.

Our prestigious building is located in the prime spot of Kyrenia city centre. It’s a true highlight as it’s in walking distance to everything you need. Local shops, hairdressers, 23/7 taxi rank, private hospitals, clinics, patisseries, massage parlours, casinos, 5 star luxury Hotels, remarkable choices of restaurants & coffee shops, all a stones throw away….
