Stunning villa with private pool, located in the countryside of the famous village of Polignano a Mare.The property is part of an exclusive residential complex and has unique outdoor spaces, perfect for ensuring privacy and relaxation for its guests. The villa is surrounded by a garden with several outdoor dining and relaxation areas and a barbecue. A wonderful swimming pool crowns the outdoor space available to the guests. The entrance to the villa opens onto a large living area consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed, television, dining table, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. The sleeping area has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, wardrobes and a TV.
