Welcome to Chris apartment, a new place (built in 2022) just 10 minutes from Chania's downtown. Chris apartment is part of Chris and Stratos villa. The apartment is located on the ground floor and can host up to 8 people. It has a full kitchen, a big living area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a private pool, comfy sunbeds, a BBQ , outdoor furniture, parking, free WiFi and AC. When you book, you get all the outdoor areas just for yourself; we don't rent the other apartment at the same time.

Exterior:
Approaching from the front, the villa is accessed through a main gate for cars, easily opened by remote control, and a small door for pedestrians. To the right, a sheltered outdoor parking area accommodates up to 3 cars.
Heading to the back of the building, an inviting outdoor space unfolds. Here, you'll discover a barbecue area, a private pool, 8 sunbeds, 3 parasols, dining areas, a playground for kids, and a convenient outdoor shower. The ample outdoor space is designed to ensure both kids and guests feel at ease.
Ground Floor Apartment:
Upon entering the villa, the ground floor hosts an open space that seamlessly integrates a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features an ensuite bathroom and a dedicated clothes room.
Guests enjoy unrestricted access to every floor within the building, as well as all outdoor amenities, including the pool, sunbeds, barbecue area, and parking facilities.
Chris and Stratos Villa has two apartments: Chris on the ground floor, and Stratos on the other two floors. From October to the end of May, we rent only the ground-floor apartment (Chris), providing you with private access to the outdoor area and pool. Stratos apartment is not rented during this period.
Upon your check-in, we warmly welcome you, providing the keys and comprehensive information about both the villa and the enchanting Chania area. Throughout your stay, our primary goal is to ensure your relaxation and enjoyment of your holiday. While we encourage you to savor your time without interruptions, we remain readily available should you require any assistance. Additionally, we will keep you informed about scheduled cleaning sessions for both the villa and the pool to ensure your utmost comfort.
