The complex consists of 3 apartments. The apartments share a terrace with a BBQ and an outdoor dining area.
Two apartments can accomodate 4 people each, and one apartment can accomodate two people.
Each apartment has a breathtaking sea view and a private balcony. The apartments are suitable for longer stays, with fully equipped kitchens and the shared washing machine.
All of the apartments have air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Pets are welcome with prior notice.
Red House - Apartments Sv. Marina is an apartment complex consisting of three apartments. The apartments share a terrace with a BBQ and an outdoor dining area.
This beautiful apartment is located on the first floor of the builing. It has a wonderful sea view from the spacious balcony.
We guarantee you'll enjoy sunny mornings with the cup of coffe or juice on the balcony while gazing over the endless blue sea. If it becomes too warm, the balcony has an awning which can be pulled to protect yourself from the heat while still being able to enjoy the breathtaking view.
The interior consists of two bedrooms bedroom with large double beds, living room with a sofa, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom.
It's suitable for up to 4 people.
Pets are welcome with prior notice.

Guests have access to the shared terrace with a charcoal BBQ and an outdoor dining area.

The old Istrian town of Labin is located 7,5 km from the apartments. There you can see numerous exhibitions and museums dedicated to mining, for which this town was famous in the past.
A beautiful viewpoint in Labin offers a view of the sea, Rabac and the island of Cres.
We recommend taking a hike on Labin - Rabac trail which follows stream through forrest. It is only 4 kilometers long, but it has multiple paths of various difficulty. One of those paths leads to a beautiful waterfall.
You can reach this property by a car.
