This 2 bedroom apartment is ideally located within easy walking distance of all tourist attractions and the business district. Ideal for families or business travellers wanting a central and quiet location.
Comfortable beds, bright white linen, Samsung TV, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a host of other amenities in an unrivalled location await!
Please note the keys are collected five minutes from the apartment.
The Space:
This bright and airy sleeps up to six guests over two bedrooms; one with king bed, one with double and double sofa bed in the lounge.
This beautiful apartment is the ideal place to explore the city, perfect for families, small groups and businesses travellers alike.
With memory foam beds, Smart TV, and balcony you have all you need here to relax, unwind and see all Liverpool has to offer.
Within an easy walk of the Albert Dock, Liverpool ONE, M&S Bank Arena, and all the amenities of the city centre you couldn't be more central.
The apartment also comes with one car park space.
Please note that the building has a lift, however as this is maintained by building management we cannot be held liable if this is out of order.
Guest Access:
You will have complete access to all aspects of the property with nobody else present at any time. Treat the place like home!
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is just a 12 minute walk away from Liverpool One and is close to Liverpool Limestreet Station, as well as all the local attractions including The Walker Art Gallery, The Empire Theatre and St George's Hall.
Getting Around:
Liverpool Lime Street Station and Moorfields Station is just a short walk away. There are also plenty of bus stops located around the city. A taxi from the apartment into the city centre costs no more than ÂŁ3.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartmentâs address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 6 minute walk or 3 minute drive. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"
