Free parking, superfast WiFi, and located right on the waterfront within easy walking distance to the Albert Dock, Liverpool ONE, Baltic Triangle and many more. A calm oasis amongst the busy hustle and bustle!

The Space:
Our marina penthouse is one of a kind: a luxurious island of calm within the hubbub of the city. Boasting two double bedrooms, both equipped with walk in wardrobes & one with en-suite, living room with 50” smart 4K TV, and fully fitted kitchen this is the perfect home away from home.
Stay in and cook up a storm, or take a scenic walk along the river to the Albert Dock and explore the bars and restaurants. Or simply open a bottle and sit back on your private South-facing balcony showcasing the marina and picturesque docklands.
With space enough for up to eight guests this is equally perfect to gather together with family & friends, or a truly memorable stay with somebody special.
Please note that this apartment is located within a quiet residential building, and therefore is not suitable for parties or louder groups. *Our sliding door is fully fixed and working again*
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment & car park for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is within a quiet residential building, and as such we ask that all guests act in a respectful manner.
We do not allow excessive noise within the apartment, or communal areas and guests who breach this rule may be asked to vacate immediately.
Getting Around:
Parking is available at the apartment, you can use either space outside the building or any through the secure gate to the left of the apartment building.
The apartment is located only a 15 minute walk into the city centre or just a 5 minute taxi journey. We are happy to suggest some local taxi firms if needed. You are a short walk from Liverpool One bus station, which has a National Express terminal for cross country routes.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Baltic Triangle - Go Local that is about 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. This is located at 46 St James St, Liverpool L1 0AB.
The store is open from 07:00 - 00:00 everyday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"
