Welcome to the famous beach resort of Binz.
Enjoy your time on the beautiful beaches, explore the wonderful historical resort architecture and experience the natural scenery that surrounds this elegant town.
We offer you our holiday cottage, which is located on Klünderberg, an area just off the center of town. Although both the beach and the main road with its shops and cafes is within walking distance it is very quiet and surrounded by nature.
The house itself is nicely located in a huge garden with a sunny porch and free parking space.
The cottage has a living room with a small open kitchen.
The kitchenette has a dish washer, oven, fridge (with a freezer) and all other normal kitchen equipment.
In the living room we have a new TV set with an AppleTV player and enough seatings for everyone.
The bed room has double bed ( 200cm x 180cm) and there is also a folding bed for an additional guest.
Then there is a modern shower bath.
We have a central heating system with additional floor heating in the bath and living area but the floor can be cold so please bring loafers or warm socks.

We offer you accommodation in a quiet location not far from the famous beach promenade, which can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
The holiday apartment is located in the greenest part of Binz, the Klünderberg. The property itself is in a very quiet location and has a garden of approx. 600 square meters.
The house has a living room including a kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with separate freezer and everything you need for self-catering, a bedroom with an extra-wide double bed and a modern shower room.

The natural, approx. 600 sqm garden and the terrace directly next to the house including garden furniture can of course be used.
