The Space:
Seascape Apartments - Unit 1: A Coastal Oasis for Groups or Solo Retreats (sleeps 8) -
Discover the essence of coastal elegance in Unit 1: The lower floor boasts a total of 3 bedrooms, two with one shared bathroom, while the master bedroom features spectacular sea views, direct access to the ocean side balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath tub. All double bedrooms with 160cm wide beds in each, each exquisitely designed for ultimate comfort. Air-conditioned rooms with spacious built-in wardrobes ensure a serene atmosphere.
Ascend to the upper floor, a converted attic that doubles as a versatile space for remote working or a more private area for older children. Adorned with dreamy white sofas and two single beds, this floor includes its own bathroom, creating a self-contained sanctuary.
The living room, carefully curated in calming tones, welcomes you with puffy grey sofas and a glass-topped dining table overlooking the azure ocean.

Seascape Apartments - Unit 2: A Cosy Coastal Retreat for Medium-Term Stays (sleeps 3) -
Beneath Unit 1 lies Unit 2, a self-contained apartment featuring a living room, open-plan kitchen, and a bedroom with large glass doors leading to a charming south facing patio. Decorated in soothing tones of white and beige, this unit offers the perfect balance of comfort and functionality. Stay connected with a great internet speed, while enjoying the convenience of a well-equipped and air-conditioned space designed for a medium-term stay.

Guest Access:
We personally meet and greet all guests at the property to show you around and offer any helpful advice about the local area and amenities.

The Neighborhood:
São João do Estoril is a charming coastal town located just a short drive from Cascais, Portugal. It is known for its beautiful beaches, friendly locals, and relaxed atmosphere. One of the best things about São João do Estoril is its beaches. There are two main beaches in the town: Praia da Poça and Praia da Azarujinha. Praia da Poça is a small, sheltered beach that is perfect for families. Praia da Azarujinha is a more secluded beach that is popular with surfers.

Getting Around:
4 minutes to the beach on foot, 5 minutes to the train station which runs to Cascais in 5 mins or to Lisbon in approx 20-25 mins.
You can walk along the beach promenade by accessing the beginning of the path just 5 minutes away as it is alongside the beach. Here you can walk all the way into Cascais in under 30 minutes or Estoril in 13 minutes.

Please be aware that, we will need to draft a rental contract for signing.

Pre-Arrival Form
All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay.

Tourist Tax
A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date.
The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt.
You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law.

Accommodation Details
All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide:
- All beds made with fresh linen and towels
- Basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (for the first 1–2 days)
- If you need additional sets of linen or wish to hire baby or beach equipment, we offer a wide range of amenities. Feel free to ask us for more information, or check your guest area once you’ve booked.

Additional Services
- Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance.

House Rules
- No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise.
- Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time.
- No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency.
- No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.

Early Check-in:
Early check-in may be possible, subject to availability. The price varies depending on the hour of check-in.
