The resort offers 2 massive community pools - one of which is heated in the winter months! The resort also offers a full fitness facility, tennis courts and even a common room that can be rented for those larger gatherings! This is a gated community with a convenient beach access located right across the street. Enjoy stunning views and easy beach access without paying the beach front price!
Perfectly situated on the east end of Destin, Miramar Beach is the perfect location for your next visit to Destin. With Miles of Sugar white sand and crystal clear water, beach side living simply doesnât get any better. The beach front area in this community is nice and wide so you will not have any trouble find your spot to hunker down on the beach!

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Bedroom with Two Full Beds and Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.
*Discounted rates are in place from September 2025 through May 2026 due to an on-site restoration project. Guests may experience noise and limited balcony access during this time.
*This Condo only allows for 10 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.
