Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00

The open planed kitchen is fully equipped for a holiday stay, and there is as well washing machine and a dryer to use.The apartment is perfectly located in the centre of Puerto Banus with easy access to the beach and all services including shopping and a wide range of restaurants and bars.

There is no free/private parking space in this property. Guest can park on the dedicated parking areas on the street or using the nearby parking houses.

Check-in after 21.00 has an additional fee off 100 euro.
