Villa Amore is a modern villa with a refined design, immersed in a large plot with an infinity pool and panoramic view of the olive trees to the sea. Located just ten minutes from Noto, on the south-eastern coast of Sicily, the property is ideally located for visiting the baroque cities of the Val di Noto and the pristine beaches of the Vendicari reserve. Designed by the French-Lebanese architect Fabrice Bejjani, the villa stands out for its essential architectural lines and large windows that promote continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. Furnished to ensure maximum modern comfort, the main house has a large living area with lounge and dining room, kitchen and three double bedrooms; a fourth double bedroom with private bathroom is located in the independent annex. Highlights include the shaded outdoor dining area, the stone lounge area next to the pool, and sunset views across the countryside to the sea.

Interiors:
The villa is on two levels and is completed by an annex. GROUND FLOOR â Entrance to the living room with seating area; dining room; kitchen with direct access to the outdoor dining area; service bathroom. FIRST FLOOR â Three double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom with shower. ANNEX â A double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the external courtyard.
Park:
The 6000 sqm garden is mostly flat and surrounded by olive trees, carob trees, prickly pears, palm trees and flowering shrubs. Between the main house and the annex there is a shaded relaxation area with a brick bench and a pergola. The kitchen opens directly onto the paved terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue. The garden beyond the pool has been kept in its natural state. The parking area, located near the entrance gate, can accommodate up to three cars. N.B.: Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The infinity pool is located about 7 meters from the villa and is accessible via the paved terrace in front of the living area. Rectangular in shape; measures 15 x 4 m; depth of 30 cm for the first 4 meters, then constant depth of 1.40 m; covered in dark stone; chlorine purification; access via Roman stairs. The 60 sqm sun terrace is equipped with sun loungers under a pergola and an outdoor shower with cold water. Next to the pool, a stone relaxation area offers an additional space to enjoy the outdoors. The internal and external lighting allows it to be used even in the evening. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
