The interior of the villa covers 240 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find a dining area, while the 1st floor is reserved for resting. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen in pastel green, a dining room and a living room. The kitchen is ready to prepare various meals that can be served at the kitchen island and then enjoyed at the dining table. The living room has a comfortable sofa where you can curl up and watch your favorite show. The room is open and bright, ideal for gatherings. It is decorated with wooden elements that give it warmth while contrasting with metal elements that give the space a touch of industrial style. French doors connect the interior to the exterior and provide permanent access to the outdoor terrace. All rooms are air conditioned and there is also underfloor heating.



As we have already mentioned, the 1st floor of the house is reserved for rest, so that is where the bedrooms are located. Modern finish of the bedrooms matches the rest of the house and each of them is decorated with an interesting element. For example, one of them has a yellow bed and the other one has a decorative stone arch. 3 rooms are equipped with double beds and 1 room has 2 single beds. All rooms are equipped with desks, so a stay in this villa could be ideal for workation.



In the well-kept garden of this vacation home you will find a swimming pool for pleasant summer refreshment. Around the pool there is a spacious sunbathing area with 6 sun loungers where sunbathing will be a real pleasure. And how could it not be - you are hidden from sight and surrounded by olive trees that fill the air with a pleasant scent. There is also a barbecue at your disposal, which you can enjoy in the outdoor dining area under a covered gazebo. If you come with more than 1 vehicle, this is also taken care of. There is private parking for 3 vehicles.
