Villa Curitico is located on the edge of the quiet village of Kadumi, not far from PoreÄ. This modern villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is suitable for 8 people. From every corner of the house and its courtyard there is a view of the beautiful Mediterranean garden with surrounding greenery and vineyards.
This vacation home extends to 180 mÂČ and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a bright open space consisting of living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining table with 8 chairs. Large windows that run along the entire wall of the living room allow for continuous natural light, making the room pleasant to stay in. In addition, the windows overlook the outdoor terrace with the pool and the surrounding greenery. The room is dominated by neutral, light tones with the accent red of the pillows and pictures. All rooms are air conditioned and for colder days there is a fireplace and underfloor heating.
Villa Curitico has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Each bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom. In each bathroom you will find 2 washbasins and a shower cabin, as well as toiletries, hairdryers and bathrobes. All rooms and bathrooms have the same minimalist, clean aesthetic as the rest of the villa. On the first floor of the house, you will also find an indoor wellness area with a Finnish sauna and private bathroom.
The villa is surrounded by a fenced garden of 1050 mÂČ where you will find a 50 mÂČ saltwater pool, an outdoor hydromassage jacuzzi and 8 loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. The villa also has a covered outdoor terrace with a summer kitchen, barbecue and dining table with 8 chairs. Private parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles is also available.
Due to its convenient location, Villa Curitico will be an ideal starting point for exploring the beauty of coastal and continental Istria. There are numerous sports and entertainment facilities nearby - aqua and adrenaline parks, sports fields - and the historic center of PoreÄ is only a 10-minute drive away. While you are on the Istrian peninsula, be sure to visit the Brijuni National Park, and if you want to swim and sunbathe away from the crowds, visit the island of St. Nikola, which is just a 5-minute boat ride from PoreÄ.
