Villa San Sebastian is located in the small town of Buje, in the northwestern part of Istria. From the courtyard of this villa you can enjoy a panoramic view of the landscape from sunrise to sunset. There will be no unwanted views - it is completely secluded and oriented towards green fields, and your only uninvited guests may be the occasional bird. It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests.

The interior of the villa is 270 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a bright open plan space consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room. In the kitchen you will find all the appliances you need to prepare meals and coffee, and there is also a dishwasher to make cleaning up after cooking easier. Due to the flow and large number of seats, the space is ideal for family or friend gatherings. Large balcony doors provide a constant view of the outdoor terrace and bring in plenty of natural light. All rooms are air conditioned and on colder days you can turn on the underfloor heating.

The house has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 1 bedroom is on the ground floor and the other 3 are on the 1st floor. All rooms have double beds for maximum comfort, wardrobes for storing clothes and desks. Each room has its own TV, so each guest can watch their favorite series or movie before going to bed. As an added bonus, all rooms have access to balconies that offer a fabulous view of the surrounding area. The bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower and bathtub, and include hairdryers and toiletries.

In the fenced garden of 1100 m² you will find a swimming pool with sunbeds for sunbathing and enjoying the view. There is also a relaxing area on the outdoor terrace and a summer kitchen with barbecue in the covered gazebo. Children will be delighted with the playground and the spacious backyard, where they'll be able to run free, together with their pet. The idyllic atmosphere is further enhanced by the aforementioned fairytale views of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves.
