Villa Alex is located in Katelios, Kefalonia. This detached vacation

Front door opens into open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area. Marble
staircase leads to three bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the first floor.
Master bedroom has double bed, en suite shower room, balcony with sea
view. The second double bedroom has an additional single bed. Third
bedroom has double bed. Bedrooms have balconies with panoramic sea and
mountain views and a separate family shower room. Ground floor French
windows lead out from living room to the spacious poolside terrace
which features one of the largest, deepest swimming pools in Katelios
as well as shaded dining area and BBQ. The villa has easy access with
private parking.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors
to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and
oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Bedrooms
Villa Alex has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed and 1 Single Bed. En

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
