I bought this house when it needed some renovation. We lived here for a while but had to move to the south for work. Now, it serves as accommodation for tourists and businesses. We have a very dedicated team that strives to offer exceptional service, focusing on cleanliness and attention to detail. Each piece of furniture and every wall in the property is kept in excellent condition. We visit other properties to ensure we provide unmatched practicality, comfort, and cleanliness. You can book with us, and you won’t regret it.

The area turned out to be very convenient, as it is relatively close to supermarkets like Lidl and Aldi, as well as the Toby Carvery restaurant, KFC, a gym, and a business center with shopping options like Next, PC World, and TK Maxx. It's just a short drive to Morrison's and McDonald's, and only 6 minutes by car to the city center. The location is peaceful, with excellent neighbors and plenty of greenery, including a large garden. The house also offers a spacious parking area.

As I mentioned, we often visit Darlington for business and cannot always stay at 9 Tansley Gardens. When we are unable to stay there, we stay in other properties, and cleanliness at 9 Tansley Gardens always stands out to us compared to others. We strive to keep our house very clean and well-maintained. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get—furniture bought new and of excellent quality. This makes our house unique. It offers excellent space, a large garden, and plenty of greenery.
