The villa Graham Holiday Rentals - Symphony in Benissa has 6 bedrooms.
Beautiful and newly built villa of 500 mÂČ with sea and mountain views.
It is situated 2 km from the sandy beach "Cala La Fustera", 4 km from the restaurant, 5 km from the nature park "Penon Ifach Calpe", 5 km from the rocky beach "Cala Baladrar", 5 km from the town "Calpe", 5 km from the supermarket, 6 km from the golf course "Golf Ifach", 12 km from the town "Moraira", 35 km from the amusement park "Terra Mitica", 38 km from the water park "Aqualandia Benidorm", 75 km from the train station "Alicante Train Station", 82 km from the airport "Alicante Airport", 111 km from the airport "Valencia Airport" and is located in an ideal area for children and in the residential complex.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and dressing area, all of which are set in a spacious and luxurious environment.
The second bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and double bed, with terrace and sea views.
The third and fourth bedrooms share an impressive bathroom with direct access to the garden.
If we go back down to the main floor we find ourselves on the main floor, where luxury and details are a fundamental part. A majestic living - dining room, as well as a large open plan fully equipped kitchen are key to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. On this floor, there is also a guest toilet and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Through its large windows, we can enjoy a spectacular terrace and swimming pool area. In it, we have a barbecue area, chill out, hammocks to enjoy the Mediterranean climate or a stunning swimming pool with jacuzzi area incorporated.
The basement and lower level of the villa is dominated by a large open plan kitchen, bedroom with en-suite bathroom, cinema room, guest toilet and laundry room. This is the perfect finishing touch to a property that has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.
