Vackert stort hus vid vattnet, med en stor vacker uppvärmd pool och spa. Detta hem är möblerat med en king size-säng i Master övervåningen och en King bed i Master ner. Två enkelsängar i gästrummet. Fjärde sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Det finns så mycket att göra det är som ett 5-stjärnigt hotell !! Stor pool och spa med shuffle board och bar utanför. Linda runt verandorna på båda nivåerna. Englewood stränderna är bara 20 minuter bort, Tampa Bay Rays Spring träning hem och baseball stadion är några minuter bort och Pt. Charlotte centrums köpcentrum och restauranger bara några minuter bort. Nedervåningen har ett stort spelrum med biljardbord och mycket för dig att koppla av och njuta av, ett perfekt hem för två par eller en stor familj. Detta hem erbjuder ett spelrum med biljardbord.

Wonderful stay!!

We stayed at this property for six weeks, and it was absolutely wonderful! We appreciated the privacy, the grandeur of the home, the pool, the pool table, the canal view from upstairs, and my kids especially loved golf cart rides around the neighborhood in the evenings. All of the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and organized. When we had a couple small issues, they were dealt with immediately. Jeanette was very responsive, kind, and easy to talk with. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much for sharing your well-stocked home with us, and providing every amenity we could possibly need.

AMAZING home and WONDERFUL summer!!!!

We have had the most wonderful summer staying at this palatial home! The home was clean when we arrived, and we honestly felt as though we were on vacation in a spacious mansion for July and August. The pool is gorgeous, and there is plenty of room to relax on the many lounge chairs and eat at the outdoor table too. The upstairs porch has lots of comfortable seating and a large table for eating as well. It is all screened in which was amazing. Our kids (ages 9 and 10) especially enjoyed taking the golf cart out for rides around the neighborhood in the evenings. All stores (Publix, Target, Walmart, etc.) are only an 8-9 minute drive away. It is in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood which we also really enjoyed, since we're from NYC! Jeanette, the owner, is probably the nicest person we have ever met. She was so quick to respond to any of our calls, and we often spent extra time just chatting with her on the phone afterward! We HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone

Beautiful

Nice house in a wonderful area. Kids loved being able to ride bikes in the evening and hanging out by the pool. Close to our favorite beaches for hunting sharks teeth.

A stay in paradise

Wonderful, roomy home with all the amenities. Serene location with easy access to everything.

Beautiful home. Just as the pictures show. Perfect for our family of 6!

We had a fabulous time while visiting family. The house has everything you could ever need. The owners are wonderful, responding quickly to any and all questions. We enjoyed every moment we spent in this house. We will surely return!!

Fabulous!

This beautiful 4 bedroom home was everything we hoped for and more! It is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The bedrooms and baths were big and comfortable. Where do I start with the amenities ? The pool was perfect, the fully stocked kitchen was perfect, the pool table was perfect, shuffle board perfect - I could go on.... We enjoyed kayaking in the channel and enjoyed the unique characteristics of the property - fun and interesting statuary around every corner. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and strongly recommend to anyone looking to pamper themselves on a Florida get-away. Janet P.

WORDS CAN NOT DESCRIBE HOW BEAUTIFUL THIS HOME IS INSIDE ANDS OUT. THE DECOR AND LUXURIOUS FURNISHINGS IS SOMETHING YOU WOULD SEE IN A MAGAZINE. IT WAS EQUIPPED WITH ANYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY ASK FOR TO MAKE YOUR STAY MORE ENJOYABLE. THE OWNER, JEANETTE, IS EXCEPTIONALLY NICE. AFTER STAYING IN THIS AREA FOR THE PAST SEVEN YEARS ON VACATIONS I CAN SAY THERE HASN'T BEEN A HOME THAT HAS COME CLOSE TO BEING AS WONDERFUL AS THIS HOME. WE WILL DEFINETLY BE RETURNING TO THIS HOME ON OUR NEXT VACATION.
