Located near the Village of Boliqueime, Villa Côte d'Azur is a holiday home that combines serenity and convenience.



This tranquil retreat is close to all amenities, a short distance from Vilamoura and the Falésia and Rocha Baixinha beaches, ensuring unforgettable holidays.



Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious garden and a private parking area for up to 4 cars.



The villa features 3 carefully designed bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, as well as direct access to the pool. The other two bedrooms have single beds, convertible to double beds.



The modern, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals. The dining room, with a table and chairs, provides a welcoming space, while the living room, with sofas and TV, has direct access to the front garden. The villa also has two additional bathrooms, one service bathroom and another with a shower.



In the outdoor area, you will find an outdoor refuge with a heatable pool (optional extra). A dining table and a barbecue create the ideal setting for unforgettable meals. A charming covered pergola enhances the atmosphere, providing an outdoor dining area next to the barbecue, further elevating your holiday experience.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests.

From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
