Upon entering, you find a spacious hall with an original stained glass window, an antique secretaire, and a large mirror. This leads to a spacious living room with a corner sofa for 8 people, an extendable table that seats up to 10 diners, and a 59-inch Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils.

The first door leads to a bedroom with a 150x200 cm double bed and wardrobe. A meter away, you will find a full bathroom with a shower and a unique sink, characterized by being made of marble. The second double bedroom offers two 90 cm beds, a nightstand, and a built-in wardrobe, along with a fully equipped en-suite bathroom.

Moving down the hallway, you will find a third bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed, an armchair, a wardrobe, and access to a spacious furnished balcony with a table and two chairs, the perfect place to enjoy an outdoor morning coffee. The last bedroom has two 105x200 cm beds, a built-in wardrobe, and a full bathroom with a shower.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
