Studio 11 - Brynchan

Studio 11 - Brychan is located on the 2nd floor at the rear of the building and can sleep 2 adults in a king sized bed. If required the king bed can be split into 2 x single beds but this must be specifically requested and there is a small charge for the extra linen.

The studio comprises of an open plan living/sleeping area, kitchenette and ensuite shower room. Ir can only be accessed by stairs. It is a self check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check out is by 10am.

 The kitchenette has under counter fridge, induction hob, microwave, kettle plus the pans, crockery, glassware, cutlery and utensils needed for cooking..

For the ensuite shower room we provide soft fluffy towels, complimentary shower gel and shampoo

The open plan sleeping/living area has a dining table & chairs, SMART TV and free super fast broadband.

We have the advantage of being dog friendly for a small charge for this service,

On your arrival there will be a pint of milk in the fridge and some Welsh cakes to try to welcome you to Wales plus complimentary tea and coffee.

You can also store your bike in the studio providing it is clean.
James' Place@Pontmorlais offers individually and creatively styled self-catering studios. They are ideally placed for exploring the Brecon Becons, climbing Pen-Y-Fan, or visiting Bike Park Wales. The studio is also ideally placed if you are working at Prince Charles hosp or many of the other businesses in the area. They are located right in the town centre so a minutes walk from the main train and bus station.

Each studio has a separate but en-suite Kitchenette with all the essentials plus en-suite Shower-Room. We also provide complimentary toiletries, a pint of milk and welsh cakes to welcome you to Wales on your arrival. We are dog friendly and there is a small charge for this service. We are also happy for you to store your bikes in the studios providing they are clean.
