Other Things to Keep in Mind

Payments and Security Deposit

If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) consumption will be calculated based on usage and charged at check-out.
Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on the guest’s credit card (must be present and in the guest’s name).
The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing may vary depending on the bank).
In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to withhold part of the deposit to cover any costs.


Tourist Tax
To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to municipal regulations.

Booking Details

Klodge properties are private accommodations offered under short-term tourist rental agreements, as per Italian Law 431/98 and Art. 21bis of Regional Law 16/17 (Sardinia).
As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
Klodge is a licensed real estate broker specialized in short-term vacation rentals.


Online Check-in and Contract

After booking, online check-in is required (upload ID documents and selfies for all guests).
All data is processed in accordance with the GDPR regulation .
Signing a tourist rental contract is mandatory. The contract is in Italian, with an English courtesy copy provided.


Key Collection
Keys are collected and documents signed at Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia , just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Recycling
A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.

Arrival Times
Standard check-in: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (depending on property readiness and other scheduled arrivals).
Late check-in fees:

8:00 PM – 11:00 PM → €40 (upon request)
11:00 PM – 1:00 AM → €60 (upon request)
After 1:00 AM → only with prior authorization
