Barbecue Use:

The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited by municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months due to fire risk.



People on the property:

· The entire house is rented for the exclusive use of guests. The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children. The property can only accommodate the number of people booked, and no more people can stay or visit the property at the same time.



Check-in:

· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old. All guests must present a valid government-issued ID (ID or passport) upon check-in. No other documents will be accepted.



The security deposit for groups of young people under 25 years old is €1,000.



Key collection takes place from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the property.



No-shows on check-in will result in no refund of the reservation.



· Mandatory tourist tax: €1 per night per person (over 16 years old), maximum payment for 7 nights.



Cleaning:

The house must be properly tidied, with dishes cleaned, and trash deposited in the designated area. Otherwise, a €100 fee will be charged from the security deposit.



Beach towels are not provided.



Keys:

· Lost property keys: €100 per reservation, payable upon delivery of the new set of keys.

· Keys left inside the property or inside the main door lock and requiring locksmith service: Price based on the locksmith's rate; payment will be made on-site to the technician.



Rules:

· Guests agree to abide by the property rules and, in particular, to keep quiet at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



Parties or events are not allowed on the property.

If neighbors complain or the police are called, the deposit will not be returned, and the tenant must vacate the property immediately.



Pets are not allowed at this property.



Please ensure that electricity and water are used responsibly.



Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the property.



- Lighting candles or any other objects that could cause a fire in the property is prohibited.



- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery on the property or for any loss during your stay.
