Upon entering the apartment, you will find a spacious and bright living room with an integrated kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils, as well as a sitting area furnished with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, and a side table, perfect for your leisure moments. The private terrace offers pleasant views of Juan Carlos I Avenue. From the living room, you access the two bedrooms. To the right, you will find the first bedroom with two 90 cm x 2 m beds, ample wardrobes, and a main bathroom with a shower in the corridor. The second bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, offers a 150 cm x 2 m bed and built-in wardrobes.
The flat has a communal swimming pool on the rooftop where you can also enjoy beautiful views.
This apartment is the ideal choice for those looking to unwind and enjoy unforgettable holidays in the exclusive city of Estepona.
