The Neighborhood:
The Ternes neighborhood, nestled in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, is a vibrant residential area known for its mix of elegance and everyday charm. This area offers a delightful combination of upscale boutiques, local markets, and bistros that cater to both locals and visitors. With its wide avenues and lovely squares, Ternes boasts a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a leisurely stroll or enjoying a coffee at one of its terrace cafes. Within steps of the famous Arc de Triomphe, you can enjoy the view from "Place De L'Etoile" of the Champs Elysees Boulevard and the Eiffel Tower.

Located a few minutes from the Metro line 1, which offers the easiest access to all of the major sights of Paris, from Place Etoile (Arc De Triomphe) to Place De La Bastille, and everything in between Champs Elysees, Place De La Concorde, Tuileries (the Gardens and cross the river for Musee D'Orsay or walk north for Place Vendome and the Opera), the Louvre Museum, Hotel de Ville for Notre-Dame and The Marais, and the Bastille for Restaurants and Nightlife.
