Vacant Nests are proud to present a stylish experience at this centrally-located downstairs flat in the heart of South Shields. 3 minute walk to metro train links and within minutes walk to local amenities, shops, pubs and restaurants.
This very spacious two bedroom flat is newly renovated and ready for you to come and stay. Perfect for a romantic night away or for a small family break.

The apartment consists of a large living/dining room that moves onto your modern kitchen and bathroom. You have a large double bedroom and one single bedroom across the one floor. Living room and main bedroom hosts sky stream tv.
- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of ÂŁ300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
At Vacant Nests, weâre dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either pay a refundable Damage Deposit or purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to ÂŁ500 of accidental damage during their stay.
