Casa Campanelle – Outdoor Space, Just Minutes from Pescoluse Beach

Casa Campanelle is a charming holiday home located in Posto Vecchio, just 250 meters from the beach and downtown.

This comfortable and well-equipped accommodation is ideal for up to 6 guests (with the option of 2 additional beds upon request). It also offers outdoor space and private parking.

The surrounding area is well-served, with cafes, grocery stores, restaurants, and other services just a few meters away, easily accessible on foot.

THE LOCATION

Casa Campanelle is located in Posto Vecchio, a coastal hamlet of Salve, overlooking the Ionian Sea.

This beautiful stretch of coastline attracts more and more tourists from all over Italy and the world. It is characterized by an unspoiled landscape, golden sand dunes, and crystal-clear waters with shallow depths. Just 250 meters from the house, you can reach "Le Sorgenti," a natural spring with fresh, pure, and crystalline water, perfect for a refreshing and invigorating bath.

Spending your holidays in this little corner of paradise means not only enjoying the splendid, award-winning beaches (Blue Flag and Green Flag) but also the convenience of easily reaching the main services and the town center on foot.

Posto Vecchio is situated between the two towns of Torre Vado (850 m) and Pescoluse (300 m), both easily accessible on foot. In Torre Vado, you can enjoy the spring waters at its low cliffs or visit the charming tourist port with its historic Saracen tower. In Pescoluse, you can relax on the well-equipped beaches, such as the famous Maldives of Salento.

For additional services (supermarkets, bars, tobacconists, pharmacies, etc.), you’ll need to reach the town center of Salve, which is 4 km away.

THE HOUSE

Casa Campanelle is approximately 90 m² and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests (up to 7-8 with the sofa bed, available upon request for an additional fee).

The bright and well-furnished house consists of:

- An air-conditioned living room with a dining table, sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette.
- Two spacious triple bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed (one of which has an en-suite bathroom, without a shower).
- A complete bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor area is equipped with a dining table, wooden barbecue, and a comfortable outdoor shower. The spacious awning provides a shaded area where you can enjoy meals and relax outdoors, away from the sun.

The property is fully fenced for privacy.

Finally, the house offers a convenient private parking space, a real advantage given the tourist traffic and the cost of public parking, especially during peak season.

During your stay in this idyllic location, you’ll have access to a variety of services and attractions, such as the Cristoforo Colombo seafront in Torre Vado or the Parco dei Gigli in Pescoluse, which is lively during the summer with markets, cafes, and amusement parks.

You will also have the opportunity to engage in various activities, such as renting boats, pedal boats, or jet skis, or even playing beach volleyball in the equipped areas.

A must-visit is the historic tourist port in Torre Vado, where you can explore one of the ancient coastal watchtowers. These towers, built in the 16th century by Charles V to defend the area from pirate invasions, give Torre Vado its name.

From Posto Vecchio, you can also reach other beautiful Ionian Sea destinations, such as Pescoluse, Torre Pali (5 km), Lido Marini (8 km), and Torre San Giovanni (16 km).

Finally, the house’s proximity to Santa Maria di Leuca makes it easy to visit the Adriatic coast and discover a completely different but equally enchanting landscape.
