Guerrazzi New Flat - Private parking

Spacious flat situated on the ground floor of a newly refurbished detached house which is located in Guizza, the southest area of the city; this flat can offer an ideal stay for who wants to benefit from having the amenities and the trasports of a city without renouncing the quietness of a village.
The flat is far just 5 minutes walking distance from the tram stop "Cuoco", from which you can reach in few minutes the town centre, the train station and the most famous sites to visit.
The flat, which benefits from having a three-step indipendent access, a communal courtyard with artificial grass and a private parking, comprises of:
- open plan living room/kitchen equipped with dining table and chairs, two sofas and a smart TV.
- Fully fitted kitched equipped with fridge/freezer, hobs, oven and dishwasher.
- wide corridor leading to the bedrooms.
- master bedroom equipped with a double bed, a big wardrobe, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers.
- double bedroom equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe and two bedside tables.
- First bathroom equipped with WC, shower, basin, bidet and washing machine.
- Second bathroom equipped with WC, shower, basin and bidet.

For bookings of three or four guests the bed linen of the second bed is included; if your booking is for two guests, please let us know before your arrival if you need to sleep in separate beds so we can prepare the second one; in this case you will be required to pay an extra cost of
€ 15,00.

Please note that the property does not provide any reception service; please arrange the time of your arrival with our booking department in the time slot 15:00-19:00.
A member of our team will welcome you at the property and will make you informed of the house rules to follow and other important pieces of information.
In the case of late check-in in the time slot 19:00-22:00, you will be required to pay an extra cost of €40,00.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
before your arrival you will be required to:
- compile an online form with your ID's
- pay the City Tax.

The City Tax is not included and you will be required to pay it before your arrival; Padova City Council set €1 per person per night for the first five days of your stay. The under-17 guests are excluded and the residents of the city are exempted. To know all the exemptions please visit the Padova City Council website.
