We are family Vrbanec from the small city of Nedelišće, near Čakovec on top Nort of Croatia. Since 1992. our main/core business is buildings and landscape Architecture; which is the main occupation of our small firm DIA d.o.o.
Now we have opportunities to get into hosting business on our way of thinking. We love old parts of the City and their historical, spiritual, and aesthetic values. Therefore, we started to invest in booming Croatia tourism.
All of our houses and apartments were in ruins when we started to reconstruct and rebuild them with new-age materials, but keeping in mind their historical meaning to Old City himself. Because of this, we come across many construction obstacles. Together with the help of friends and business partners, we have successfully overcome them and therefore we are thankful.
Our love for Architecture is still strong, so we decided to stay in our main occupation of making architectural achievements so the world we are living in will be even more beautiful. We are thankful to our new friends and business partners in our hosting/tourism adventure.
