The Villa Pura (350 m²) is an authentic home, entirely reconstructed and designed with modern and cozy interiors and premium design furnishings, housing up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms:
- The ground floor is composed of a spacious kitchen and a very unique wine cellar carved out of the mountain rocks with a 5 meter long dining table for 16 people. Toilet. Laundry room.
- The first floor includes a pleasant living room with a balcony overlooking the lake and a veranda sitting area that leads to the private backyard. The sleeping area on this floor has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms: One bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Three split-level mezzanine bedrooms (air conditioned) with a lounge area with sofa accessing the backyard, and stairs going up to an open space loft with double bed. One of the three bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, and the other two bedrooms have its own bathroom across the hall.
- The second floor has a studio with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom with shower.

The outdoors can be accessed by crossing a public walking path and features your private oasis with garden overlooking the lake, a heated pool and sun loungers, dining table and barbecue.

The Villa Pura is situated in the lakeside village Carate Urio at 100 m from the lake shore, going down about 75 steps on the public walking path. Located on the south part of the lake near the city of Como (13 km), so you can easily visit and discover all the wonderful sights and attractions around. You’ll find many typical Italian boutiques and excellent local trattorias nearby. Hop on a ferry and explore the magical Como lake villages Bellagio, Varenna, and much much more.

Note:
- The property cannot be reached directly by car. There is a walking path of about 75m with steps going up from the lakeside road; not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
- Swimming pool open and heated from April to mid-October; contact us for the exact dates before booking.
- Domestic animals allowed (upon prior request only).
- Parties or events not allowed.
