Porto Cervo, the house by the sea
The house overlooks a beautiful bay, 2 steps from the center with restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife venues. The beaches of "Piccolo e grande Pevero" "Capriccioli" "Romazzino" etc. they can be reached in a few minutes by car. You will appreciate the tranquility of the area, the outdoor spaces of the covered verandas, the wonderful shared garden with green lawn that connects to the beach.
Space
The house is very comfortable due to its proximity to the beach and the swimming pool (about 50m from the house), has inside a living-dining room, equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with its bathroom, 1 bedroom with single beds, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 1 bathroom with shower, and a toilet, the wonderful terrace with sea view with the wonderful garden adjacent. The convenient parking space is behind the house. You can use the shared swimming pool (generally open from 01 June to 30 September) and the small beach below, also much appreciated by families with children.
Access for guests
the entire house will be available to guests, who will be able to use not only the communal garden, with the adjacent beach, but also the swimming pool.
Please note that the swimming pool will be available for use from 01 June to 30 September, unless otherwise provided for by the season.
