- a very well equipped american kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and filter, kettle, toaster....)
- 2 large bedrooms (1 with a bed in 140 and 1 with 2 beds in 90 modifiable in 180), storage cupboards
- 1 bathroom with double basin, shower and bath, washing machine
- independent toilet,
- Closed and secure garage, free parking space in front of the residence

We offer as an option: cleaning, €80 package and linen (on request upon reservation)
