It is spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration, 5 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people, ideal for families, friends and business trips, as it has 1GB Wifi. Unbeatable location, a few steps from the beach and the Maritime Avenue, perfect for a unique stay in Tenerife.
This beautiful home overlooking the ocean is ideal for families, friends and business trips, as it has 1GB Internet and capacity for 8 people. It has a large outdoor area of 58m2, with private saltwater pool and outdoor shower, where you can relax outdoors and sunbathe, while enjoying the atmosphere of the place. With 5 bedrooms, 4 of them upstairs, the main one has en suite bathroom, double bed and closet, a second bedroom with two single beds, and two others, with a single bed and desk, ideal for teleworking. Downstairs, it has an extra bedroom with two single beds that can be joined or separated. It has three full bathrooms in total, two upstairs and the other on the first floor, from where you access the house. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with all appliances, integrated into the living room, three large and comfortable sofas, Smart TV 85" and dining area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean from where you can access the pool area. It also has private parking for two cars.
Strategically located, with the beach near the house, in a village of seafaring tradition, where you will find restaurants where you can eat fresh fish and enjoy a summer atmosphere throughout the year. In addition to being very well located, it has a supermarket nearby and is halfway between the north and south of the island, with a quick connection to the highway to move comfortably.The property has a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, hand blender, hair dryer, shower sheets and towels, crib and high chair, and much more.
There are stairs to access the pool.There are currently construction works near the house and some noise may be experienced during the day.
