Located on the third floor and accessible only by stairs, this 1-bedroom apartment in London is the perfect choice for couples looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, a desk providing a comfortable workspace for those who need to work or study during their stay, and a dining table for two.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer, clothes dryer, drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom features a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a spacious wardrobe for convenient storage, and a small balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings.

Additionally, the apartment offers a unique feature - a room equipped with gym equipment and storage space, making it easy to keep your belongings organized during your stay.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

There's also private parking within the building, ensuring that you have a safe and secure place to park your vehicle during your stay.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Newham is in East London, bordered by the River Thames to the south. It is part of the East End of London.

Newham gained international attention when it hosted the 2012 Summer Olympics. The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, built for the Games, is a major legacy project that continues to attract visitors.

London City Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge ÂŁ50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of ÂŁ300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
