Detta 3 sovrum, 3 badrum hemma ligger i Sawgrass community på Fripp Island, South Carolina. Vårt hem är undangömt i en maritim skog med panoramautsikt över myra, palmer och djurliv från alla fönster!

Det här är en mycket bekväm egenskap som ligger nära stranden, poolen och den crabbing dock. Med golfvagn är stranden mindre än 5 minuters bilresa. Vår golfvagn ingår i hyran av hemmet och är tillgängligt för alla licensierade förare.

Hemmet har dekorerats i karibiskt utseende och färdigställts i öfärger så att du vet att du verkligen är på semester!

Vårt hem är speciellt på grund av privatlivet, omgivet av handflator och vatten, inte fastnat till andra hem på alla sidor.

Master Suite har en king size-säng, privat balkong och badrum. De två andra sovrummen, ett på övervåningen och ett på nedervåningen, har vardera drottningssängar. Vi har kabel-TV och höghastighetsinternet, ett fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin, torktumlare och centralvärme och AC och andra bekvämligheter.

Fripp Island kommer att erbjuda golf och tennis i världsklass, vackra stränder och rikligt med djurliv. Ön är hem för otaliga arter av fåglar, hjortar, skogssköldpaddor, delfin, ägretthäger, hägrar och många andra nautiska arter.

Tre och en halv mil orörd strand är det perfekta läget att tillbringa dagen i avkoppling. Restauranger, shopping, marinor, restauranger och sightseeing ger något för varje familjemedlem. Bara 17 mil bort ligger det historiska centrum av Beaufort, och Hunting & Harbour Island ligger båda inom fem miles.

A nice week away after the holidays

The house was older and in need of some love and attention but was in a great location. Communication with the owners was great.Our only real concern was we saw several cockroaches and spiders during the visit. I believe it’s due to the location on the marsh.

Brief Fripp Trip

Great house and location.

This house is very convenient to the beach, to a walking trail, and comes equipped with a golf cart that takes you everywhere you need to go on the island. The house is well-appointed and the beds are very comfortable. Beautiful views over the marsh. We enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect Fripp House!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property we dubbed the “Tree House”! Sawgrass Bluffs is a great location on Fripp and this house was awesome! The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were spacious, and the multiple porches were great.

Perfect house for us!

We loved the 3 king beds and 3 baths. Worked perfectly for us - a couple and 2 single people. Beautiful marsh view, and the deer visited us quite a bit! Owner was very responsive to inquiries. We’ll probably be back here next year.

Quiet and Fun Stay on Fripp

Been coming to Fripp 20+ years. Now that my family is grown, married with a grandchild, it was even better. House was well supplied with the basics and everything worked well. We brought our own chairs and beach items so didn’t use the beach items provided but they included chairs, umbrella and toys. House was very comfortable for 5 adults and one child. Air conditioner was nice and cold and there were also fans. Will rent again

A diamond in the marsh

If you enjoy the marsh as well as the beach this home is perfect! Our group enjoyed all the deck/outside space so much. Beautiful views of the marsh and wildlife. The home met ALL of our needs. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and just a short marsh walk away from all the beach club action. Our teenagers loved this fact! The home is very roomy and comfortable for family travel. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visits to Fripp.

Fun Time at Fripp Island

The property is just like the pictures and in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk/ cart to the pool which we went to every day ( after 6pm is the best time to go no one there). A 10-15 minute ride to the beach depending on where you go. We did some fishing and crabbing, did not get any crabs big enough to eat but it was fun. But the best part is the deer that roam all over the island ( you are not supposed to feed them but everyone does), my grandchildren loved it. We had several that came into our backyard every day and so my grandkids would go and feed them carrots, apples, blueberries, and even some cashews we had, they loved that part and looked for the deer as soon as they woke up in the morning. The house is great everything you need. Three big bedrooms with king beds and full size bathrooms in each bedroom. They also have a 6 seater golf to use we also rented another one because of everyone staying with us ( depending on time of year you go make cart reservations months ahead to make sure you get one). The owners are great and respond back very quickly when we asked them a question. We had a great time with my boys and grandchildren and would definitely rent this house again. Note if going there is a Publix and Walmart about 30/35 minutes away and you pass them on the way to Fripp Island so stop and shop.

Great stay for family wedding

Family wedding on the beach with reception nearby. Most of the family stayed in condos, but this allowed us to some peace and quiet away from the others. Beds were not as advertised, 3 king size beds, but that worked well for us. No closet in one of the upstairs bedrooms, but all bedrooms had access to A separate bath.

Great views!

House had beautiful marsh views in a pretty and quiet neighborhood. Roomy house but had some plumbing issues. Hopefully that will be resolved by our next stay. Would definitely stay in that house again!

Amazing stay on Fripp

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the Island! We enjoyed seeing the various wild life Around the house from the deer to variety of birds. The house was very clean and had a sophisticated sense of decor. The neighborhood we were in was very quiet just a short golf cart ride to the beach. Was neat to be able to walk to the crab dock just down the road. We will definitely be going back!

Relaxing Atomosphere

We enjoyed our stay. The house is older but in good shape. The kitchen had enough pots/pans/dishes that we were able to cook our meals. We were unaware you needed to be a member to eat at the restaurants on the island or rent kayaks or other excursions. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels for the four of us. The tv had Netflix and other options. Although not familiar with using that system, it was easy to figure out. There was a charcoal grill available and even a couple beach chairs. Overall we had a good experience.

Great experience

We really enjoyed our stay on Fripp Island. What an amazing place! I think we saw more deer than ever before. Needless to say our kids loved it! The house was great too. Lots of space, great views and really quiet. Big plus for us was the golf cart. Only downside perhaps was the absence of safety belts on it, especially for our kids. But that didn't take away the fun of riding it (even in the rain, which it did all day on Saturday). All in all, a great stay on Fripp Island and Beaufort area.

The island was great, the house less so.

Older home showing its years. Little things missing irritated -- no hot pads, no measuring spoons, no bikes in any condition, none of the usual beach gear left by other visitors as is customary at Fripp, no trash cans in downstairs bath or bedroom, grill minimal and not clean, several cockroach chases. boards broken in outdoor foot shower. And in 30 yeast of coming to Fripp, we've never had to make our beds on arrival. Will come back to Fripp but not to this house.

Great home!

Granddaughters and I truly enjoyed our stay in this well established island home. Very relaxing and comfortable. Back porch overlooking the marsh is where we spent most of our time when not on the beach or exploring the island. Beds were comfy or we were totally exhausted from our fun filled days, because we all slept great! As the home is not new, we still had everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out. And while the Club has many things to offer, we were there to enjoy the beach and wildlife! We love that golf carts are the biggest mode of transportation on the island and that one is included with this home.

Great place for a family

We were very pleased with our stay at the Christmus house on Fripp Island. The pictures on the website were accurate as were the descriptions. It was a very quiet neighborhood without a lot of homes close by, so you felt like you had some space. The golf cart was a great addition to the house as everyone on Fripp seems to get around this way. The furniture was up to date and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are functional but more dated as the pictures show. All appliances worked great. Great place for a family.

Great Family Getaway

We greatly enjoyed our stay on Fripp. the house could use a little TLC, but no complaints. Fripp is a beautiful place. The quiet, laid back atmosphere made for a great family vacation. We will be back!

Rustic charm

Had a great time. Golf cart is a great perk. The outside lighting could be a little better, but overall the house was charming, clean and functional. Mark and Elizabeth were very attentive to our needs and easily accessible.

We are a family from Columbia, South Carolina that fell in love with the small coastal-town feel of Beaufort many years ago!

We chose this home because we loved the location and the marsh views. It felt close to everything, but still removed from the hustle and bustle of the main part of the island. Palm trees surround the house, and you can see crabs, fish, birds, and deer all in their natural habitat. We have loved owning this home, and can't wait to share this special place with you and your family!

Our location has the best of everything, it's within walking distance to the community pool and crabbing dock, but still just a short golf cart ride to the beach, and an easy ride to all locations on the island. Our home is tucked in a Nautical Forest providing a unique and beautiful setting. Amenity Cards are available for purchase for $50 per card.
