Looking for a holiday apartments close to Eastbourne beach?
Millgrove House Apartments are brand new to our portfolio. The apartments are located just off the Eastbourne seafront in a prime location almost adjacent to the Pier.
Millgrove House is a modern contemporary building with five apartments available for holiday letting.
There are 2 x one bedroom apartments and 3 x two bedroom apartments all with spacious open plan living dining and kitchen rooms. Some apartments have balconies and sea views.
Apartment No 10 - The Penthouse offers flexible sleeping arrangements, there is one king size bed and the en suite bedroom offered with 2 single beds or one super king bed. This can be arranged at the time of your booking. The Penthouse apartment located on the third floor of the building with lift access. Provides two bedrooms and two bathrooms
The highlight of the apartment however is the large sun terrace with views directly across the beach and far reaching views to the South Downs
The following apartments are also advertised on Vrbo and can be booked together for large get togethers
Apartment No 2 - this one bedroom apartment is a good size apartment with double bed and sofabed, sleeping 3
Apartment No 5 - provides two bedrooms, large living dinning room, 2 bathrooms kingsize bed and bunk beds for sleeping 4
Apartment No 6 - two bedrooms, with double sun terrace off both bedrooms and as all the apartments at Millgrove House has a large open plan living area. Sleeping 4. There are stunning sea views from this apartments living room looking out across the channel and Eastbourne's pier
Apartment No 9 is a very spacious third floor apartment, 2 bedrooms king size and two singles with ensuite and family bathroom. This apartment has a sea view balcony leading off the dining area. This apartment can sleep up to 6 people as there is a large comfortable double sofa bed in the living room
Within walking distance of the beach, the town center and pier. Ideally located for a wonderful relaxing break in Eastbourne
