Cala Mendia Beach House 1 is a detached house with a beautiful sea views and direct access to the sandy beach perfect for the families with kids where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. Next to it we offer Cala Mendia Beach House 2, also suitable for 6 people so it can be a good combination for big groups.

Cala Mendia Beach House offers a bright living room with a dining area and access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, three spacious bedrooms, two of them with a double bed (one of them with access to a balcony) and the third one with two single beds. In addition, it has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

One of the biggest attractions of this vacation rental house in Mallorca is its spacious semi-covered terrace overlooking Cala Mendia beach, with a rest area with a sofa and two armchairs, a dining table perfect for enjoying meals, a jacuzzi where you can relax during your stay and two sun loungers to sunbathe enjoying the views of the sea and the greenery.
