This spacious and modern 3-bedroom flat in Sant Adrià de Besòs is the ideal choice for guests looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The accommodation features a shared swimming pool, providing a complete experience for guests.

The flat is located on the first floor and is accessible by lift.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV and a dining table for four people. There is also a private balcony with sitting areas for lounging.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils and cutlery, as well as necessary appliances such as a cooker, an oven, a microwave and a table for two. For added convenience, the property has a dishwasher for easy clean-up after meals, as well as a washing machine, drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, a private bathroom and a balcony, providing a private and relaxing space for you to unwind. The second bedroom offers a cosy double bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for children or friends with its two single beds. All beds include bed linen.

The two bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

Sant Adrià de Besòs is a city in the urban area of Barcelona, in the Barcelonès region, Spain, located at the mouth of the Besòs River, between Barcelona, Badalona, and Santa Coloma de Gramenet. Its prime location near parks, rivers, and beaches allows you to immerse yourself in the city's vibrant energy. Step outside and let the enchanting gardens be your playground, where you can stroll hand in hand and feel the warm sun on your face. Take a leisurely walk along the nearby river, and let the soothing sound of flowing water wash away your worries. And when you're ready to indulge in the beauty of the sea, the sparkling beaches are just a stone's throw away, offering you many alternatives for water sports.

A must-see is the Museum of Immigration History of Catalonia (MhiC): Exhibitions on immigration received in Catalonia. It has a permanent exhibition with a train carriage called 'Sevillano'.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Rambla de la Mina, is just a 1-minute walk.

The nearest tram stop, La Mina, is just a 3-minute walk.

Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) is a 21-minute drive from the property.

Please note that before check in, all guests older than 16 years needs to pay city tax, is 1,10€ per guest per night (maximum 7 nights)

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
