Guests are sure to fall for the charm and character of this property, set in a stunning secluded rural location with outstanding moorland views; with three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and a single bedroom with a cot, the property is well suited to a large family group.

The property will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay. Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests.
Indoor Description
The ground floor comprises the utility/boot room with plenty of space for coats and outside footwear, the lounge, with wood burning stove set in a large fireplace; the country style kitchen, fitted with the essential appliances for a week away (American style fridge-freezer, oven, hop, washing machine, etc); the dining room, complimented by another wood burning stove; and the conservatory which leads into the garden. There is one ground-floor bedroom which has two single beds. Plus a ground floor shower room (shower, toilet and hand basin).
Upstairs are the other four bedrooms, the master which has a super-king bed, two with king size beds and a single room with a bed and cot. The family bathroom comprises bath, separate shower, toilet and hand basin.
Electricity and heating is included in the price of your accommodation. The property has oil-fired central heating which can be adjusted to suit your preferences and the seasons.
A basket of logs and kindling will be provided for each wood-burner in the cooler months.
Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips.

Whitley Farm is set within beautiful private gardens of just under 1 acre, complete with pond, in a secluded position near the southern boundary of Exmoor National Park.
The property enjoys moorland views and the opportunity for walks from the doorstep are many.
The nearby pub, The London Inn, is in the village of Molland which is just over a mile away.
The market town of South Molton is a short drive and explore a range of independent shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes, along with twice weekly market selling local goods and fresh produce.

A private driveway leads up to the property, with plenty of parking spaces beside the cottage.

Molland is small village located on the southern edge of Exmoor in North Devon, just outside the boundary of the National Park.
The popular villages of Withypool and Dulverton are both approx 8 miles away. Dulverton is actually a small town and is known as the southern gateway to Exmoor and is well equipped with shops including Post Office, butchers, bakery, fish & chip shop, greengrocer, late-opening supermarket, art gallery, hairdressers, guns and fishing tackle shop. There are also a number of quality boutiques, interesting gift shops plus some lovely restaurants, tea rooms and pubs. The picturesque river Barle winds through the centre of the town and is a popular location for keen kayakers.
South Molton is also around 8 miles away and is an interesting and lively country town, with a good selection of shops and pubs. Thursdays and Saturdays are market day with a local market in the historic Pannier Market hall, as well as a busy livestock market.
Barnstaple is the regional centre for North Devon and offers a more comprehensive selection of commercial, retail and leisure facilities, the famous Pannier Market and Butchers Row is worth a visit– excellent for both meat and locally caught fish.
Exmoor provides a great base for walking, cycling, horse riding and exploring. There are also opportunities to play golf at the famous Saunton Sands Golf Course or to visit a number of outstanding gardens such as those at Marwood and RHS Rosemoor. It is also the place for anyone who just wants to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the North Devon countryside. West Anstey is within easy reach of Tarr Steps, The Chains - a wonderful place for the experienced walker, the Tarka Trail, the North Devon coastal path, Woody Bay and the Valley of the Rocks as well as Lynton and Lynmouth. The famous surfing beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woollacombe are less than an hour away.
