Villa Anna offers the perfect retreat to explore the charm of Calonge and it's surrounding areas. With stunning views you can relax in comfort, a home from home with spacious living areas, it is perfect for families.
Nestled in the charming urbanisation of Puig Rosell, Villa Anna can accommodate up to 6 guests. The property features a fully fenced garden for your privacy and comfort, has its own pool and is an idyllic place for relaxation. With 3 bedrooms (two double rooms and another with two single beds), 2 bathrooms and spacious living areas, it is perfect for families and friends.
The living areas comprise of a large open plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Open through the double doors onto a large covered terrace that overlooks the inviting pool, while large windows fill the space with natural light and offer stunning views. Enjoy outdoor dining with a choice of gas or charcoal BBQ, relax on the terrace, or catch the sunset from the seating area by the pool.
In the local vicinity there are several supermarkets, restaurants and the quaint village of Calonge. The nearest beach Sant Antoni de Calonge is a 5 minute drive, the popular fishing town of Palamos and the busier town of Platja D'Aro are 10 minutes drive.
The area has something for everyone ~ explore the breathtaking coastline, enjoy a trip to the city of Girona or Barcelona, or for those seeking a more active holiday - embark on mountain biking adventures in the "Les Gavarres" forests, or with a road bike on the many routes through the most beautiful nature. Golf enthusiasts can also tee off at several picturesque courses nearby. For adventure on the water why not try your hand at jet skiing, surfing, sailing, water skiing, kayaking, canyoning - the options are endless. For families the area boasts adventure parks, a water park, karting tracks and lots more.

The ground floor of the villa consists of 1 double bedroom( king size bed), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, well equipped open kitchen, larder with washing machine, indoor dining area and large lounge opening out to the covered terrace area.
The master bedroom is on the 1st floor and benefits from a spacious sun terrace, there is also a separate bathroom and space for a travel cot.
The villas unique benefits include the private swimming pool and garden which are enclosed. There is a screened washing line area to the rear of the garden and an outdoor shower. The villa has a spacious undercover alfresco terrace, perfect for dining outside.
Parking for 1 car on the driveway (garage is not available for guests). The villa is cleaned after every visitor.

we live in the UK, just outside London and have been visiting this beautiful area of the Costa Brava for many years. We have lots of special family memories in the area, our 2 children are now adults and we still love to visit and are delighted that other families can enjoy the villa as much as we do. It is a wonderful, unspoilt area with so much to offer.
The villa has been a much loved home since it was built in 2006 and it has welcomed just 3 seasons of guests, this is the second year of availability via Vrbo. If you have any questions it will be our pleasure to help you so please do get in touch.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The area is very peaceful, close to the village of Calonge and the town of Sant Antoni, where you will find the nearest sandy beach and lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. Surrounding areas close by are Palamos (a charming fishing town), Platja D'Aro (great for shopping and nightlife) and many other stunning bays and towns. The city of Girona is approximately 30 minutes drive and Barcelona an hour away. All of the local towns have fun activities for younger children during the summer season.
Calonge village is so pretty and hosts a weekly market where you can enjoy the best of locally grown fruit and vegetables, hand crafted soaps, jewelery, bags etc. There is a great atmosphere if you want to be among the locals, enjoy the best coffee or a cold Estrella. A small selection of shops and cafes surround the castle grounds where they host regular seasonal celebrations.
