It is a privileged location, only 900m from the beach of La Ampolla, 1km from Cala Andragó, where you can choose between typical rocky coves and small sandy beaches with crystal clear waters for diving, snorkelling or just a refreshing swim, as well as enjoying the summer nightlife, bars, shops, hiking, cycling and water sports activities that the area has to offer.

The single storey villa is distributed as follows; at the top of the stairs there is a large terrace with partial sea views, as you enter you find the living/dining room with fireplace, the open plan kitchen is modern and practical, equipped with everything you need to cook during your holidays. The master bedroom has a double bed and access to the terrace with mountain views, the other two bedrooms with single beds overlook the garden, and there is a bathroom with shower.
The property has air conditioning in the living room and hallway and a fenced plot.

The villa is ideal for a holiday with family or friends, its outdoor area offers tranquillity, shade on the hottest days, private swimming pool with a depth of 1.5m ideal for children and an area set up to enjoy dinners under the stars.
Moraira has become a popular tourist destination on the Costa Blanca due to its crystal-clear beaches and picturesque old town, which retains its traditional fishing village character. In the port area you can find many restaurants and bars offering fresh seafood and fish as well as other local specialities.

Moraira's cultural activity is very diverse, with various festivities taking place throughout the year, such as the festival of San Juan in June, the festival of the Virgen de los Desamparados in August and the festival of Moors and Christians in September. These festivities include parades, live music and cultural activities.
